Keeping dumpcap lean and clean

Hi List,

(Before I piss off any snakes around here ;) Does anyone know why dumpcap needs 
to be aware of Python dissectors?
This is from Makefile.am:

dumpcap_CFLAGS = $(AM_CLEAN_CFLAGS) $(py_dissectors_dir)
