Should the README.macos have a link to your page, or a copy of the information on that page?

One note: Is XCode still included on the install discs or
do I need to buy it in the App Store?

I don't know - my home machine came with Leopard, so I don't have the DVDs that come with a machine that ships with 
Snow Leopard.  The retail DVD I have for Snow Leopard isn't getting mounted by Disk Arbitration when I insert it into 
my machine (and I'm not seeing anything logged, so I don't know why it's being rejected; I haven't used the optical 
drive in ages), so I don't know what's on it.

My *guess* is that Xcode 3 is still on the install disks.
