Adding additional details to vendor ID?

Hello List,

when looking at https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=6053,
I noted that the list of vendor ids given is more helpful than the original
(except for the last case), because they add details like the product for
which this is being used. Should we adopt a policy that overwriting the
automatic entry with product information is accepted or even encouraged?
Might be interesting with all the Cisco gear out there.
