For windows compilation, in Makefile.nmake file, first time they are
removing the libraries and then only they are downloading the libraries from
the internet. So i commented both removing and downloading the libraries in
Makefile.nmake file, it is working also. Anyother way is there avoiding
manually placing all the libraries?
