Re: wireshark cannot be executed form INSTALL_DIR and after installation

Problem is resolved.
There was the manifest stuff in config.make commented out. (I found this hint somewhere on the Code-Project pages). No 
I comment it in again, and everythings fine.
 
## Manifest processing is not needed for VC10 (Visual Studio 2010 C)
