Tektronix K15 .rf5 file not opening in Wireshark 1.62...Invalid GET length

Please help me with this one ->

Trying to open Tektronix K15 protocol analyser log .rf5 file using Wireshark 1.62 : NOT Successful

MUCH APPRECIATE... if you guide me.....or any ideas... how to decipher the contents..
