Yes - I had the same issue after an svn update, but it cleared up after doing "make maintainer-clean", re-running 
autogen.sh and configure, and rebuilding.  Sometimes automake-generated Makefiles don't survive shuffling stuff around, 
so you have to clean up and try again.
