Hello I found the option of the printer to set the negotiation, set it to auto and now does not lose packets via ICMP (from desktopA to the printer). I also verify that setting autonegotiation = not in the printer, the switch is set as Half-duplex. I went back to configure the network as before. switch B (1GB) <---> switch A (100Mb) -----> Printer | | ---> Desktop Z, X, Y | | ---> Some desktop and server Now "tcp.analysis.retransmission" the desktop Z, has a loss of 0.25%, while desktop Y, X has a 0.9% I guess that 0.9% should remain much .. but I think I'll leave. I thank you all the writing in this post, I really learned what I owe to you. Greetings. 2012/7/14 Flako <subforos () gmail com>
It goes back, I see wrong from gmail Now they are connected as (new sniffer are with this structure) switch B (1GB) <-> switch A (100Mb) <-> switch C (100Mb) ---> Desktop Z | | | -----> Printer | | | | -> Some desktop Y | -> Some desktop and server
