How to reassemble split bits

Hi,

I want to reassemble split bits from several packets. I have read the
section 9.4 of Wireshark Developer's Guide, but I found
fragment_add_seq_check is based on bytes, not bits. Is there a easy way to
reassemble fragment bits?
