Patch to fix extended responses on NTCreate&X in the SMB Dissector

Hi folks,

Attached is a patch that fixes (I think) the handling of extended
responses on NTCreate&X requests.

Would someone with commit privileges look at it and commit it. I will
test it with a known capture that includes extended responses, because
I have some lying around somewhere ...
