Don't know if such instruction can happen in BPF filter generated by libpcap (Guy?).

I'll give a look at that...

...but bear in mind that what the current release of libpcap, or even the top of the trunk, does now isn't all that it 
might do in a future release, so even if it doesn't generate them now, it might do so in the future.

If yes we should not enable in on kernels before it was fixed.
