Wireshark's current "goto packet" option could be moved from "-g" to "-G", but then Wireshark's new "-G" (goto

Should Wireshark also be able to generate reports? If so, then we should reserve "-G" for that purpose and move
"goto packet" to something else; if not, then we can use "-G".

I don't think Wireshark needs to be able to generate that kind of
report from the CLI as long as it's available from the GUI (which I
think it is?)

In general, if tshark has a flag for something available in the
Wireshark GUI, Wireshark doesn't need the same flag.

Presumably "goto packet" should be moved to -G so that -g is
consistent across all the tools.

Log:
Document the "-g" option to dumpcap.

Add that option to tshark, too, and document it.

The option can't be given to Wireshark because the GUI already has a "-g"
(goto packet).
