I tried to adapt a hint from heise.de to decrypt https streams (this here : $> export SSLKEYLOGFILE=$HOME/ssllog/ssl-log.txt $> firefox & $> wireshark & works) to thunderbird. The export was accepted by thunderbird - it creates the file. But when I read messages eg from gentoo.linux.dev from my preferred server news.eternal-september.org then in wireshark I cannot see the decrypted stream. Does wireshark lacks functionality WRT nntps protocol or is this just PEBKAC ? I'm not subscribed therefore pls Cc: me. -- MfG/Sincerely Toralf Förster pgp finger print: 7B1A 07F4 EC82 0F90 D4C2 8936 872A E508 7DB6 9DA3 ___________________________________________________________________________ Sent via: Wireshark-users mailing list <wireshark-users () wireshark org> Archives: http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-users Unsubscribe: https://wireshark.org/mailman/options/wireshark-users mailto:wireshark-users-request () wireshark org?subject=unsubscribe
