Can you please let me know when the code changes would be committed.
Is it expected to be in the next release; probably in 1.10.6 ?

Also please let me know, if you would need any more info/clarifications.

Sorry, rather busy right now. Will look at it next week if nobody beats me
to it. Usually we don't backport new features but I think this will be a
straigth forward change.
