hello, 
i replaced the gryphon string with the name of my plugin in all files listed in README.plugin like what it sayed in 
this file (README.plugin) ! but i get this error !! 
so this is not the problem !!

Hi,

edit the various makefiles and moduleinfo.(h|nmake) files in
    plugin/my_new_plugin folder and replace the "gryphon" string by
    "my_new_plugin" string (or whatever name is applicable for your
    plugin).
