macosx-setup.sh installs Lua 5.3 by default, and lua_bitop.c hasn't yet been ported to 5.3 yet.

For now, I've changed macosx-setup.sh to install 5.2.3; if you update and run it again, it will un-install Lua 5.3 and 
download and install 5.2.3 instead, and leave everything else alone.
