Disabling update checker

Hi,

I am trying to do a build of 1.12.5 for Windows without the automatic update checker.

I have commented out WINSPARKLE_PKG in config.nmake and built everything.

Wireshark runs, but still has the "Check for updates" option in the UI configuration page.
Is that to be expected?
