Looks to me like the initial (partial) 11ac support was added in Wireshark-1.10 (released in 2013).
It should be noted that additional dissections and fixes were added in later versions.
Also: As noted by Alexis, there are "not yet supported" comments in the commit log. Q: why do you ask as to when dissection was added ? Given that additional dissections and fixes were added later, I suggest you might want to use the latest version of Wireshark for the best dissection.
