Wireshark and MDI on RTP (or just UDP) MPEG-TS stream

Hello,
I would like tu use Wireshark in order to measure MDI : delay factor + packet loss from a network.
My network  stream Video MPEG-TS using UDP or RTP (it depends the configuration I program)
Can you tell me if it's possible using Wireshark ?
