How to save the content of an RTP stream in WS 2.4.4?

I've just moved from WS 1.10 to WS 2.4.4; in WS 1.10 I used to be able to save the (MP2T) content of an RTP stream by highlighting a packet from the desired stream in the main WS window
then selecting the “Telephony” menu hovering on "RTP" selecting "stream analysis" selecting "forward" on the “Channels” radio buttonClicking "save payload" (with a .ts extension for an MP2T transport stream)
Anyone advise how to do this in WS2.4.4, where I can't find a "save payload" option.
