I presume what you meant to say is

serialization and deserialization by using Google Protocol Buffers (protobuf).

Moving to C++ doesn't do that by itself; adopting Google Protocol Buffers, which requires using one of the languages 
supported by Protocol Buffers, such as C++, does that.
