Hi,

My objective is to sniff the video packets that is coming from my system's
web cam, and I am doing it by using Wireshark. I have implemented the
following steps for doing the same :

1. Entering my web cam external ip address in the 'Display Filter' section.

2. Entering my ipv4 address in the 'Capture Filter' section as host
followed by my ipv4 address.

3. Selecting 'Any' and viewing the traffic.

Is this the right process! If not, please help me with a guideline that how
I can sniff & figure out the packets that is coming from my web cam, and
also how can I measure the latency of my web cam traffic using Wireshark.

Also, I am using http://www.mycamip.com/ to find out my web cam's external
ip address. If this is also not the right process, then how I can obtain my
web cam's ip address. I am currently using a laptop with linux 16.04
installed.

Warm regards,
Rana.
