Extract SSL Master Secret in Python

Hi,

I wrote a small python module to retrieve the ssl master secret from an
ssl.SSLSocket object.

Certainly far from perfect as it depends on cpython, makes assumptions
about internal python structs and only supports openssl-1.1.
