New linker warnings compiling Wireshark on Windows

With master, I'm seeing 16 new linker warnings of the form, "LINK : warning LNK4075: ignoring '/INCREMENTAL' due to 
'/RELEASE' specification".

It seems the buildbot is seeing them too.  From
