I ran into the same problem with the development setup that vagrant creates. I changed to Ubuntu 18.04 and that solved the issue. From what I have looked at, the newer GCC version in Ubuntu 18.04 solved the issue. Also solving this in Ubuntu 16.04 would be nice though... Cheers, Sake
