Hiya Matt; I can guarantee you one thing, and that is if you do something looking for credit, you'll almost never get it. Your intentions were great, you wanted to help this company out, but it seems as though they wouldn't listen. Maybe they're bogged down with support issues, who know? The deal is, you should always document your findings, if not for whom you're interested in protecting, then for your own CV/Resume, etc. Ultimately, the company's reputation is the one on the line, not yours. It's their wares, so they're responsible for how and how not to protect it. Expect credit, you won't get it. Do not expect credit, you'll get it. Peace out homey; M-Roddy Rod --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
