Concerning the SQL servers, you will want to exclude your SQL databases
and transaction logs from the anti-virus scan.  If your virus scanner
considers these files a virus (sometimes this happens when there is no
virus) it will be a very bad day!

I manage a network of 100+ Win servers, all servers have AV running. I
see this as a standard part of my configuriation. Not an option.
