You can decrypt SHA along with several other hashes at this site:
http://www.securitystats.com/tools/hashcrack.php .  

Right, but he needs the original seed used to created the hash. Also you
can't
move encrypted passwords from box to box because the seed is different
between
boxes, thus the hash is different.
