I believe you can use regmon from www.sysinternals.com
And by going in the hardware management tool , select your wifi card and
disable it,
You can then find out which registry keys you have to modify to disable the
hardware with a script

Does anyone know a script to disable a device in Windows XP? Specifically to

disable a built-in wireless NIC on a laptop. One of my co-workers needs it
to create an image for deployment. Thanks.
