... But, the time is not changed until you click "OK" to take effect even the check box is checked. Do you know how to automate this without clicking "OK"?
Run your .reg file from the command line using the /s switch. That'll put it in "silent mode" [i.e., regedit.exe /s registry.reg ] You could just make a batch file to do this for you, that'd save the typing time.
