Interesting . . . . i wonder how many false-positives this creates? i would 
think it would be quite a few, given the number of people who send emails 
from dynamic IPs . . . .

In terms of spam blocked? Almost none. If you are on a dynamic IP, use
your ISPs outbound SMTP server to relay your mail.
