I am Clement from the www.cccure.org and the
www.professionalsecuritytesters.org web site.

I would be very happy to post your white paper related to security on my
sites.

The http://www.cccure.org web site has 30K members and about 7 millions of
hits a month.  The http://www.professionalsecuritytesters.org web site is
for a person who does security testing as a full time job.  Depending on the
topic of the paper it could be posted on one or both sites.

Simply send your paper to me with description and the credit you desire
posted with it and I will upload it.
