The only benefit I See at the moment is the Cost.  
They will be giving me twice the speed for almost half the price.  That's what worries me.......I ask myself, "What's 
the Catch?"

I will be having a meeting this week with the ISP and I will find out what type of VPN technology they will be using 
and so forth.
I will keep you posted.
