Test Lab and Worms

Is there a website/resource where I can find copies of different worms 
that I can download to try and run in my Test Lab. I want to try and 
learn more about how to block them and detecting them with Snort etc.

Also , does anybody know where I can get a test database for MSSQL 
and/or MySQL which I can practice SQL injections on?
