I guess this depends on what level of security you are interested in. CSO, Security Manager, Architect, Analyst, etc... If you are writing software you will need some, or lots of programming skills in all areas you mentioned plus some others. If you're mainly the architect for a network, TCP/IP and other protocols as well as web design will be necessary. There is lots involved with security and it will all depend on what level of security you are looking for.
