Let me request you guys to let this discussion go to bed with this final quote. "If one knows his Stuff there is no harm in getting certified but if one is certified it does not mean that he knows his stuff". Certification can be a good filtering criteria to start the discussion but its not the panacea. I an with Simmons and completely support his point of view on heathy discussion and exchange of views.
