Hi,
There are multiple solution available for training and awareness which can track the employess take the training and 
then the quiz . Employees are required to complete the quiz and get minimum X number of questions right out of total Y 
questions. 

This is ongoing problem and most of the GRC solutions will take care of this issue. If you need more info feel free to
