Not at all!! I can't believe he won't give you access and why is he the only one with full access that is ridiculous. Security Engineers need access to security devices, Period! I am a network engineer with a Network Security function. I manage firewalls, IDS & IPS and my job. I don't even have card access to the datacenter!!
