there is another service in sweden called relakks:

it is a shame, that EU citizens do have to hide their traffic.

ever since 2006, the year the governmental data retention started, I 
have a "blockade" of searching freely using google.

Since both services are settled in Sweden, and Sweden is EU, the service 
is doubtable.

Another thought I have about that, is, that using a proxy to hide all 
traffic in front of governmental "authorities" can be suspicious itself.
