Workaround for radius bug

There is a workaround for RadiusNT, possibly Livingston Radius as well. The workaround is to DISABLE concurrency checking. This means it will ignore login limits, which can cause problems with customers who are pricks, but, well, it's all I've got for now, and it seems to have worked. -Phillip R.
