If you check the readme from Oracle it says you should use the 8.0.5 version of the patch with 8.1.5 until 8.1.6 comes out.
According to http://technet.oracle.com/misc/agent/faq.htm, the procedure for dealing with 8.1.5 is to 1) install Intellegent Agent 8.0.5, 2) apply the 8.0.5 patch, and 3) shutdown 8.1.5 and start 8.0.5 instead. This is not the same as applying the patch to 8.1.5, as you will will now be running 8.0.5. If there was some feature of Intellegent Agent 8.1.5 you actually needed and can not get by with 8.0.6+patch (like some other bug fix, perhaps), you're SOL. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
