Silly question: How different do the morphed executables
look from compiler-generated ones statistically ?

If you mean, the set of instructions used in the morphed file - the
answer is: user can define what set of instructions are allowed to be
included, for example if you can see this window:

User can specify to use only these set of instructions (which are used
in the orginal file). Different mutation-probability values and other
sweet options are also configurable.

best regards,
pb
