Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority Executive Director Frank Lofurno said the information was inadvertently given to someone who requested a list of those banned by police from living in public housing, usually because of criminal activity. While the list of names is public information, Lofurno said a clerical error allowed the personal information to be included.
