The military’s health-care programme TRICARE recently confirmed that
Science Applications International Corp. is bound to make payment for
the cost associated with notifying 4.9 million beneficiaries.,,,

Disclosing the information and voicing his concern Austin Camacho, a
Spokesman for Management Activity, e-mailed a statement to Nextgov
stating that SAIC is “contractually bound to mitigate the harmful
effects of such disclosure. SAIC has already started these mitigation
effects, including individual notification of those impacted.”
