DR/BCP questions

We are looking for someone to address a group of Missouri Higher Ed CIOs
on DR/BCP issues such as: the difference between DR and BCP, how to
develop an effective plan, what policies should be in place, who should
be involved, etc.  Does anyone feel like they have the expertise to talk
to this group or do you know of anyone who would be able to address
these issues?
