myspace.com and other social networking sites...

I'm wondering if any of your institutions have done anything with
employee activity on social networking sites like myspace.com.
Specifically, has your institution implemented any policies that govern
the use of pictures, logos, or other identifiable institutional material
on individual employee sites?
