It works for both our AD accounts and for our Office365 accounts. Our constituents can reset both passwords at the same time or keep them separate. I don't have any idea of the licensing costs as that is handled elsewhere, but we have very few issues with it. Faculty, staff and students not only can reset their passwords, but also unlock their AD accounts through the portal. On-boarding is simple and it allows unlock codes to be sent to alternate email addresses or via SMS texts, or the user can answer their security questions to reset their password. It has worked well for several years now. Dan Daniel H.
