managed services?

Is anyone using Secureworks as their SIEM+ willing to talk offline for a few minutes?  I have a few questions about 
their offerings.
If not using Secureworks but a competitor, could you share:

-        Which company?

-        What services (siem, IR, etc).  If IR, how many hours did you buy?

-        Satisfied with their services?

-        Any suggestions when looking at managed services?
