COVID-19 Self-Screening Software

I had asked yesterday about contact tracing software, but I am also interested in who has implemented or is considering 
implementing Student Self-Screening software as part of the process of allowing students on campus.  If you are using 
or considering Self-Screening software for campus access:


  *   What Self-Screening Software are your considering or have reviewed?


  *   What privacy concerns do you have with the Self-Screening process and data that can be collected?


  *   Who is the primary administrator of the system?  Are they from IT or from another department or role such as a 
Risk Manager, Campus Security, etc.
