We’re in the middle of our MFA project, rolling out the Faculty/Staff/Students (25K population). We have tokens
available in the rare cases where a member doesn’t have a mobile device (or refuses to use device). I don’t expect our
issued token numbers to go very high. In our phase two of the project, we are going to look at enabling Bring Your Own
Token (“BYOT”) like Titan and Yubikeys; with implicit guidance that we will not troubleshoot/support issues with
personally owned tokens.

I am just curious to know the percentage (%) of users that utilize the hardware-token as a method of authentication in
your DUO MFA environment. We have some users who already presented reluctance to install DUO in their personal cell
phones as we are deploying DUO MFA in our network.

Thank you for any information you can provide,
